  15. Refund or Cancel and Charge Policy:
    Please book carefully.  We do not normally give refunds if you
    simply make an error and the driver comes on the wrong day or time.  If you decide to cancel the booking, you need to do it between the hours of 9am and 9pm with at least 2 hours notice.

  16. Privacy Policy:
    We are dedicated to keeping your details private.
    Any information we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured.
    We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone.
    We use this information to identify your bookings.
    We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. 
    After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your booking.
